You can find detailed information regarding our terms and conditions on our Online Store however here is a short summary of the main points:
• "We will normally send your order to you in 4 - 6 working weeks" however as you will see from comments from customers on our Testimonials page, we make every effort to get items to you sooner if needed for a particular date or occasion. As all our pieces are made to order and the larger crests (1 inch plus) sent to the Assay Office for hallmarking, there is a limit to how fast we can turn orders around but we are always happy to go the extra mile if at all possible.
• "All items are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or International Tracked & Signed For to ensure safe and reliable delivery" and so far we have had a 100% success rate in terms of delivery. If however an order did go missing, there are tracking numbers to trace its whereabouts. The package is also insured.
In dealing with customers who order one-off commissions, there tends to be a lot of discussion prior to completion of the piece, so a relationship is built up with the customer in question. All the terms and conditions that apply to the on-line store pieces apply to commission customers also.
